Thumping Tails (including Michael the owner, and the incredible walkers we worked with - Angie & Rafael) went above and beyond to help our anxious and fearful rescue dog, Ghost, gain confidence and trust! Given Ghost's circumstances, and my own anxieties, the team provided various meet and greets, and we worked together over the course of a few weeks, step-by-step, to help Ghost become comfortable and build trust with the walkers. The team took incredible care of Ghost when we went away on two back to back vacations, and they handled everything (medicine, feeding, walks, and treats) perfectly, providing pictures and written updates via the business app. They even took care of our chinchilla! Another great thing about the app, and tremendous response and communication cadence with the team, is that I was able to place a neurotic amount of specific notes and follow up thoughts to everyone involved - which they completely followed. Will absolutely use them again for vacation coverage, as well as periodic walks when we're tied up. Thank you!

Highly recommend Thumping Tails!!!!
I like that you can pick the time you want your dog walked. I also like that the staff is punctual and notify you if they’re running a few minutes behind. I have Vanessa as my dog walker. She is very gentle and patient with Teddy who is a senior and blind. She sends pictures and updates of him. Even told me when he had vomiting and diarrhea.
And if Teddy doesn’t feel like walking much she spends the rest of the time cuddling ☺️
Michael is also great!!!! I recently had a last minute emergency and had to cancel and he didn’t charge me. He’s very understanding and always willing to help.
