Highly recommend thumping tails! We contacted Michael when we moved from NYC to westchester and he was so responsive. Being able to do a meet and greet before was helpful for our anxious dog and our dog loves Aurora! She was patient as our dog got comfortable and now she can’t wait to go on walks each day.

Amazing dog walking service!! Highly recommend them! Mike, the owner, is a very responsive, kind, and helpful. He very patiently answered all my questions regarding his services and made me very confident that my dog would be in good hands. All of my dog's walkers have been outstanding, and my dog definitely looks forward to his mid-day walk! After every walk, I get a message from the dog walk that includes cute photos of my dog. The backend of ensuring services when requested was very streamlined, and I never needed to worry about lack of coverage!

I like that you can pick the time you want your dog walked. I also like that the staff is punctual and notify you if they’re running a few minutes behind. I have Vanessa as my dog walker. She is very gentle and patient with Teddy who is a senior and blind. She sends pictures and updates of him. Even told me when he had vomiting and diarrhea.
And if Teddy doesn’t feel like walking much she spends the rest of the time cuddling ☺️

Michael is also great!!!! I recently had a last minute emergency and had to cancel and he didn’t charge me. He’s very understanding and always willing to help.

When I moved out of the city with my two rescue dogs Neptune and Yuri, I had never left them with anyone besides family. Thumping Tails made me feel comfortable and confident with their care right away. Neptune and Yuri are incredibly anxious and struggle to warm up, but Felipe was so incredibly patient with them and is a great communicator. I love getting his updates and photos after each walk! All walkers with Thumping Tails have been nothing short of amazing and I’m so thankful I found them.

Mike and the team at Thumping Tales are fantastic. They take extra good care of our dogs on their daily walks and are both flexible and communicative. We really value Ernesto and are so glad we found Thumping Tails to support us.

We started using Thumping Tails in January 2021 and have been happy customers! Our dog Oakley loves Michael (the owner) as well as his brother Brendan who walks dogs with the company as well. She looks forward to her daily walks & play dates with other dogs in the neighborhood. We love getting the updates filled with pictures of Oakley & know she is taken care of with love. I love thumping tails! Mike runs the business with such care and ease. He's both professional and genuinely passionate. I trust every walker who comes through my door, they truly care for my dog like she's their own. The photo updates I get during the day make me happy and I have peace of mind when I leave in the morning know my girl is in safe and dog loving hands.
