Michael and his team are, by a landslide, the best pet care organization I’ve ever worked with, in Westchester or New York City. Their people are kind and easy going- my dog loves getting walked but the team. But most importantly their flexibility and transparency make them so easy to work with. The fact that they can do walks ad-hoc without silly commitments is critical to my work schedule, and everyone clearly takes the time to read the instructions I laid out; I know that my dog is in good hands anytime they take care of him. Plus their app makes it so easy and simple- I love getting the GPS-based reports of the walks. I know never have to worry about my pup when he’s in their hands.
